Yes Hell has frozen over I made a new post!

Ok so thank-you to my blunt yet adorable sister in law who wanted to let me know that I was a horrible blogger!! I told her that I was going to get rid of it so that I no longer had the guilt that I was not doing it but she told me she used it to link to others so I guess here is a way fast update and hopefully I will get better at this again!

Jed is in 1st grade and he is off track right now and things are a little crazy but we are having fun! Quade started pre-school and well I am not quite sure how that is going it depends on the day! Kirk is almost done with school and then I am going to party I swear this school thing is harder on the spouse than the one going haha! But there is truth to that! I now have an apprentice that I am training under me and that is good, hard at times but I love it teaching has always been something that I loved to do so it is fun! I started a new jewelery business called Jenny Penny I am making interchangeable watch bands and long chunky necklaces and earrings bracelets the whole shabang ( maybe I will get around to posting some pics soon) hey baby steps!
so life is as good as ever we love our boys and they are at such fun ages no diapers yea!! I am going to have such a hard time starting over one day that is if I do 2 is a pretty good # right (:

All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth!

Jed had to go to the dentist yesterday to get his 2 front teeth pulled he was such a good boy! The tooth fairy came to visit him and he was so excited that he could hardly stand it ! Quade was just there for moral support!

So here are the pictures FINALLY of that crazy day! So my neighbor painted the U and hung the U signs in our garage windows and then Kirk retaliated with the Y. It was way fun that we could actually laugh over the rivalry and have fun with it for a change! So I believe that this has started a battle that will continue for years! Well GOOD LUCK Utes and oh ya Cougars too!! (:

THE HOLY WAR BEGINS!

Four college alumni were climbing a mountain one day: a BYU, a Utah grad, a Florida grad, and a Notre Dame grad. Each proclaimed to be the most loyal of all fans at their alma mater.
As they climbed higher, they argued as to which one of them was the most loyal of all. They argued all the way up the mountain, and when they reached the top, the Notre Dame grad hurled himself off the mountain, shouting "This is for the Fighting Irish!" as he fell to his doom.
Not wanting to be out done, the Florida grad threw himself off the mountain proclaiming, "This is for the Gators!"
Seeing this, the Utah grad walked over and shouted "This is for the Utes!" and pushed the Cougars fan off the side of the mountain.

So anyone who knows me well enough knows that this week is probably one of my most stressful weeks!

I was raised in a home of crazy Ute fans (no not the type that you just happened to catch the game on Saturday but full blown die hard fans!) So imagine the horror the day I decided to marry one of them the other guys ya know the guys who bleed blue! (lucky he was one of my Bro's best buddies which helped me still keep at least some status in the family)

Well as for the Peterson family they are on an equal scale of die hard fans only they cheer for the other guys. So my boys of course have followed in their fathers foot steps and my 5 year old has become obsessed with his cougars! Kirk takes the boys to all the games and they love it! So imagine his horror the day I came home with my new Ute hat, he keeps trying to get me to cross over to the dark side but I keep telling him that I would be disowned and that I like the cougars but I like the Utes the best! One day he got mad at me and after I made him go to his room he came out and said, Daddy should have not married a Ute fan! What 5 year old kid even cares!

So once again holy war begins and the rivalry continues and again I am right in the middle! but I let Kirk brainwash his boys because it is what he loves and it is a good father son outing. But as for me when BYU is playing I cheer for them because I want to live with a happy family but when BYU is playing the Utes I have to take a side and all I can say is GO UTES!!!

Finally Halloween Pics!

So this year was once again a way fun Halloween I love this time of year and I have always been into decorating and dressing up we have a big Peterson Halloween Party every year that is always a blast and then I always have a party for my family on Halloween Day! So me and Kirk were pretty boring this year we were punk rockers with tattoos pretty hard core I know! Jed was Batman and Q was Yoda which they both took their roles very seriously!

So I had to share these great Pics! Kirk's Dad was so funny he dressed up as a Blaine Jensen RV salesman I really could not stop laughing at how hilarious he looked it was by far the best costume this year!

So here are the cute trick or treaters! Trace who believe it or not has reached the age where he didn't trick or treat but he was still a good sport and dressed up as a hippy.. Paul and Tate were ghost busters they had the best costumes! I think they won this year! So this year was a blast now I guess it's on to Thanksgiving!
